Cherry Blossom Yoga (April 5, 10AM-12PM)
Join Lululemon Athletica for our 5th Annual Cherry Blossom Yoga event ! Bring your mat, family and friends down to the National Mall to share an hour-long vinyasa yoga practice led by instructor and Ambassador, Mimi Rieger. All ages and levels are welcome. The event is complimentary.

National Cherry Blossom Festival (now through April 13)
Each year, the National Cherry Blossom Festival celebrates spring in Washington, DC, the gift of the cherry blossom trees, and the enduring friendship between the people of the United States and Japan. The Festival produces and coordinates daily events featuring diverse and creative programming promoting traditional and contemporary arts and culture, natural beauty, and community spirit.  Events are primarily free and open to the public.

Earth Month Festival at Union Station (April 1-30)
The month-long event features interactive, eco-friendly experiences to raise awareness of environmental issues and encourage sustainability.

Francophonie Cultural Festival (Now-April 15)
The D.C. Francophonie Festival celebrates the diversity and richness of the French language and francophone communities around the world through a series of cultural events and outreach programs presented every spring in the U.S. capital region.

Southwest Waterfront Festival and Fireworks (April 5 @ 1PM)
Southwest Waterfront, Washington DC.  A highlight of the National Cherry Blossom Festival, the free event features music, water-related activities, cultural experiences, live entertainment and fireworks.

International Pillow Fight Day (April 5 @ 2PM)
National Mall. Massive pillow fights breakout in cities around the world.

Smithsonian Craft Show (April 10-13)

Parade of the National Cherry Blossom Festival (April 12 @10AM)
See wonderful entertainment for the whole family including decorated floats, gigantic colorful helium balloons, marching bands, clowns, horses, antique cars, military and celebrity performances, and more.

Sakura Matsuri Japanese Street Festival (April 12 10:30AM-6:00PM)
