Mr. Barnes has appeared as a guest speaker on the Fox News Channel, Nightline, Meet the Press, Face the Nation and the NewsHour with Jim Lehrer. \u00a0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This event will be held in the Capitol Visitors Center in room 201-00 (East Capitol St NE &amp; First St SE, Washington, DC 20004) on Capitol Hill.
