Easter is coming up this weekend people and we all know one the best ways\u00a0to celebrate Easter (and every weekend!) is with brunch! Brunch is probably my favorite time of the week, and\u00a0Easter weekend in D.C. is\u00a0one of the best times to brunch in the capital.<\/p>\n

There is one slight problem. Brunch is not too kind to my bank account and brunch over Easter weekend, is definitely not intern budget friendly. So what’s an intern to do?<\/p>\n

Homemade brunch of course! Having a homemade brunch with your fellow interns is\u00a0the perfect way to brunch on a budget.\u00a0To help you guys out, I’ve rounded up 5 top Easter brunch recipes to suit every taste.<\/p>\n

The quintessential brunch dish, no brunch menu is complete without some Eggs benedict. With the exception of the Hollandaise sauce, it’s a great super easy dish to prepare, and one that can be adapt in so many different ways. Don’t fancy bacon?
