Last fall&#8217;s GloRun had 2,500 runners on the course around National Harbor. They had a blast!<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Volunteers to help staff\u00a0registration, water station, etc. Volunteers get a cool t-shirt (and day glo glasses).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Approx. time we&#8217;d need\u00a0volunteers: 5:30-9:30 pm. We provide schools with a full time &#8220;play coach&#8221; to provide opportunities for physical activity and social-emotional learning throughout the school day. Many of these coaches are AmeriCorps members who have pledged to serve 1700 hours over the course of the 10-month school year to improving the lives of these children. Please support our programs by registering to run or signing up to volunteer.
