Add a sprinkle of chopped nuts on the bottom for extra energy.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Avocado&nbsp;Smash<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4826\" src=\"http:\/\/atdevserver.com\/Projects\/Internsdc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Avocado-Smash-recipe.jpg\" alt=\"Avocado-Smash-recipe\" width=\"750\" height=\"408\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 slices wheat bread<\/p>\n<p>2 tablespoons olive oil or coconut oil<\/p>\n<p>1-teaspoon sea salt<\/p>\n<p>1 ripe avocado<\/p>\n<p><em>optional: 4 slices of tomato and\/or cucumber<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>How to make it<\/h3>\n<p>-Toast bread in toaster<\/p>\n<p>-Smash avocado with knife onto both pieces of toast (Of course, timing is everything with getting a ripe avocado)<\/p>\n<p>-Drizzle olive oil or coconut oil (liquefied) on top of both pieces<\/p>\n<p>-Add sea salt<\/p>\n<p>-Optional: place vegetables on top of each slice<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Lunch Break Hunger Blasters:<\/h2>\n<h3>Caprese Salad to Go<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 tablespoon olive oil<\/p>\n<p>2 slices of wheat bread or pita<\/p>\n<p>2 oz. mozzarella, sliced<\/p>\n<p>6 grape tomatoes, halved<\/p>\n<p>1\/8 cup fresh basil leaves<\/p>\n<p>1 pear<\/p>\n<h3>How to make it<\/h3>\n<p>-Spread \u00bd tablespoon olive oil onto one side of each slice of bread, add to nonstick frying pan on medium heat, let sit for 30 seconds then remove one slice. It&#8217;s already yummy.<\/p>\n<p>-Add mozzarella, then tomatoes, then basil to the slice of bread still on the pan.<\/p>\n<p>-Top with second slice. Whisk together with a small whisk until well mixed. Microwave for 50-60 seconds, until cake is cooked through.
